Suzanne is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She received her Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Columbia University and completed a Dietetic Internship program with clinical supervision at the New York State Psychiatric Institute and SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She practices an all foods fit and weight inclusive methodology and is passionate about helping others heal their relationship with food as well as achieve their nutrition goals in a practical, stress-free way.

My Philosophy

I am an anti-diet, all foods fit dietitian, and I believe in health at every size. Food is such an important part of our lives, but it shouldn’t be running your life. I work with all of my clients to make individualized and personalized goals together, because everyone is different! My approach brings humor and positivity into all of my sessions, and I strive to provide support every step of the way, at your pace.

Nutrition Counseling

Suzanne Duffy Nutrition offers evidence-based, personalized and compassionate counseling services. Specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and intuitive eating, I also offer expert guidance for many medical conditions, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, and infant and child feeding. All counseling sessions are provided via telehealth.

I provide evidence-based and compassionate care for all eating disorders including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and ARFID. I work closely with individuals, families and other members of the treatment team to help clients on their journey to recovery.
As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I provide support and guidance to help you make peace with food and repair your relationship with food and your body. Say goodbye to restrictive diets! I work to help you develop a healthy relationship with food, free from guilt and anxiety.
I provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for many conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, and more.
Nutrition during pregnancy and postpartum is crucial, and there is so much conflicting information out there that is confusing and scary! I provide expert guidance and individualized support to ensure you are getting the nutrients you need to support a healthy pregnancy and beyond.
Our relationship to food starts in infancy! Whether you are starting your baby’s solids journey and don’t know where or how to begin, interested in baby led weaning, managing picky eating, or want to learn how to optimize your time while still providing nutritious food for your family, I am here for you!
