Intuitive Eating

Intuitive eating is a balanced approach to food that includes self-awareness, gentle nutrition guidance, and self-care. This approach empowers individuals to make food choices that feel both satisfying and nourishing. Research has shown that adopting this method leads to improved mental health, reduced disordered eating behaviors, and better overall well-being.

Teaching our clients how to listen to their bodies—as well as learning to recognize their own hunger and fullness cues—has long been a major focus of our practice. Through the principles of intuitive eating, we empower the people we work with to develop a more beneficial relationship with food… moving away from restrictive diets and toward a more mindful, sustainable approach to nourishment.
